Description
Reduces resin seepage from knots, especially in softwoods.
Suitable for use on all types of wood.
Ideal for use before painting Product use Liberon Knotting helps to prevent seepage from knots in resinous woods prior to painting and helps to minimise the discolouration of paint finishes.
Liberon Knotting is pale in colour and may be used with clear varnish finishes.
Preparation Ensure the surface is bare; remove any wax finishes with Liberon Wax and Polish Remover and any varnish/paint finishes with Liberon Fine Wood Stripper.
If the wood is to be dyed or stained, this must be completed prior to the application of Liberon Knotting.
