Fitting Instructions:
Measure width of door in the closed position.
Exitex brush strip consists of two components. Each component must be cut separately. By applying gentle pressure the insert will slide out of its carrier. Cut the outer carrier with a hacksaw and the bristle insert with side cutting pliers. (This method of cutting the bristle ensures the individual bristles are retained in their holder).
Reassemble the brush strip - a slight bend of the bristle insert will retain it in its carrier.
Lightly screw to the door. Remember to leave sufficient slack to allow for final adjustment.
Adjust strip vertically until bristle firmly strokes floor covering. Tighten screws.
