* Please note the service cannot be guaranteed as next day due to unforeseen circumstances on the courier’s behalf, such as trailer delays or breakdowns.

Goods are delivered between 08:00 and 19:00 to the address you provide us with and will require a signature upon delivery.

In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, it is possible that some lower weight orders may be sent via Royal Mail post.

Please note NI, some areas of Scotland and the UK islands are subject to different services and rates.

For delivery details to any non UK destination please contact our Sales Team for up to date details and pricing.  Please note delivery times are likely to be two days or more for such destinations.

On business days we aim to dispatch orders that are placed before 16:00 the same day dependant on the volume of orders in our system at the time.  If an order requires a pallet delivery or contains any item over 3m, same day dispatch times may vary due to the delivery being made by an alternative courier.

Orders placed after 16:00 will be dispatched on the next business day.  Orders placed after 16:00 on a Friday or during any weekend will be processed on the following Monday or the next business working day if this falls on a bank holiday in England and Wales.

We always aim to keep our stock levels up to date but occasionally some products do become out of stock.  Our aim is to always keep you informed of any changes to your quoted delivery time and we will work hard to get your products to you as soon as possible.

We will attempt to deliver the products ordered to the delivery address stated on your order.  If for any reason your delivery hasn’t arrived, then please get in touch with our Sales Team so that we can do our very best to rectify the situation.

Any orders that are returned to us as undelivered may incur a chargeable fee of £9.99 (net) plus administration costs.

Please note any incorrectly delivered goods must be reported to our Customer Services Team within one week of their delivery.
