Description
This pruning saw has a curved blade with precision sharpened and reverse set toothing, which means it cuts on the pull stroke only.
A tubular steel handle is riveted to the blade and can be easily fitted to a 25 mm (1in) extension pole. (See SANAP3M Extension Pole)
The blade tip is extended into a hook which prevents the blade from slipping out of the kerf during work.
A striking knife is attached to the blade and handle which is used for cutting through the bark and the surface wood on the underside of the branch prior to cutting. This prevents splintering and bark stripping when the branch breaks and falls.
